The Course consists of online self-paced eLearning to be completed prior to the scheduled "class" date.  On the class date you will be coached during hands-on training in the life saving and 1st aid skills you learned in the online training through both pratical application and evaluation by a certified EFR instructor in order to develop and instill confidence in your ability to apply those potentially life saving skills when it really matters!!
